A wise old man was teaching his grandson about life……..

‘A fight is going on inside me,’ he said to the boy.
‘It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves.

 ‘One is black - he is fear, envy, anger, regret, self doubt, self-pity, inferiority, greed, guilt, arrogance, resentment,
lies, sorrow, superiority, false pride and ego.

 ‘The other is white - he is love, peace, trust, serenity,
joy, humility, hope, kindness, truth, harmony, confidence, benevolence, generosity, empathy, faith and compassion.

 ‘This same fight is going on inside you... and inside every other person, too.’

The grandson thought for a minute and then asked his grandfather,

      ‘Which wolf will win?’    

 The old man simply replied,
